About our Product Team

Our Product Team is a multinational team consisting of 2 Product Owners, 2 UX Designers, a Data Analyst, Solution Architect, and a Software Engineer. Both Product Owners have an outsourced software engineering team in Serbia. As UX/UI Designer, you will report to our Head of Product.

What you will do

You will champion the user experience and user interface of our products. Both improving what we have and shaping the next big thing is part of this role. You work closely with our product owners and our UI Designer, but even more importantly, with our end-users. We want to bring more value to our users, we want our products to be the best they can get, and we need you to get us there.
In short:

• Be actively involved in all product development phases, from discovery through delivery and beyond

• Interact regularly with our users by visiting them, monitoring their behavior, and interviewing them

• Translate captured insights, both qualitative and quantitative, into design choices

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product owners, to ensure the successful implementation of designs

• You have 4 years of experience as a UX/UI designer

• You stay on top of the latest design trends

• You have the experience to facilitate design sprints

• You are experienced in designing apps and web apps

• You can set up and maintain design systems

• You have outstanding communication skills in both English and Dutch

• Having experience with Figma is a plus

• Having experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript is a plus

• Having experience designing Content Management Systems is a plus
